C. John Bullard, DVM

Dr. Bullard was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas. He first decided to go into the veterinary field as a child, after the loss of a favorite pet. He graduated from Tuskegee University in Alabama, where he earned his degree in Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. His special interest within the field is in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. He has been lead doctor at Ann Road Hospital since it first opened its doors in September 2005.

Jasmine A. Bogan, DVM

Dr. Jasmine A. Bogan was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Since the 2nd grade, she knew that she wanted to be a veterinarian to treat and take care of the well-being of small animals. Dr. Bogan received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors at Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville, North Carolina in 2016. In 2018, she obtained her Masters of Science in Animal Science with a concentration in Reproduction and Cellular Biology with honors at Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, Georgia. In 2022, she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with honors at Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine, Tuskegee, Alabama.

Dr. Bogan loves watching anime and reading comics. She enjoys watching movies, hanging out with her family and friends, going to new restaurants with friends, and coloring during her free time. She plays both the piano and violin. Dr. Bogan currently does not have any pets, but in the near future, she plans to get a fur baby (dog) and love it with all her heart. Dr. Bogan has always dreamed of this moment and it is finally here. She wants the best for her clients by providing great care for their fur babies and loving them as much as her clients do.

Hannah Monroe, DVM

Dr. Hannah Monroe was born in Hattiesburg, MS and raised in Moss Point, MS by her great grandmother. Dr. Monroe began her college career at the illustrious Tuskegee University. While at Tuskegee University, Dr. Monroe became a member of the NationalSociety of Pershing Angels Sorority, Inc. She also worked as a veterinary technician and assisted as a platoon leader for the 30 Medical Brigade, in Baumholder Germany. In May of 2019, She obtained a bachelors in Animal Science, and commissioned into the United States Army, as a second lieutenant. Dr. Monroe graduated on May 6, 2023 from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine. While in vet school, Dr. Monroe served as a liaison for providing externship/job opportunities to students with VCA Hospitals, the student liaison for the American Heartworm Society, where she educated students on heartworm disease and management and the Surgery Club vice president. Today, Dr. Monroe is a veterinarian in the United States Army. Her interests include becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and also Small Animal General Practice. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family, friends and giving back to her community. She also loves spending quality time with her fur babies, Laila Ali and Koa Blu.

With the motivation and support of others, Dr. Monroe has been successful in achieving her academic endeavors and wishes to be a role model for future generations.

Natalia Mata, DVM

Dr. Natalia Mata was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. She graduated from Universidad de La Salle before moving to California to start her US vet licensing process. She loves traveling and spending time with her amazing family; her husband Christian and her baby Elliot. She also owns a 6-year-old cat named Horchata that she adores!

Sahara Jafferally, DVM

Dr. Jafferally ( Dr. “J”) is a Houston, TX native. She attended college at Pennsylvania State University where she majored in Veterinary and Biomedical science with a minor in biology. She attended LSU and St. George University where she completed her studies in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. J has a passion for surgery and believes in high quality care for all animals. She loves to travel, binge watch tv and try new places to eat.

Chanika Hanna, DVM

Dr. Hanna was born and raised on the island of Grand Bahama in The Bahamas. She obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of The Bahamas then completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 2020 at The University of The West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago. Dr.Hanna’s passion for animals stems from her childhood filled with a variety of household pets and is passionate about being an advocate for animals since they are unable to advocate for themselves. After working in a small animal clinic in The Bahamas for 2 years, Dr. Hanna then completed a one year internship in Large Animal Veterinary Medicine and Surgery at Tuskegee University. Growing up on an island, Dr. Hanna has always found comfort in the ocean. As a certified scuba diver, she uses her spare time to explore the wonders of the ocean.

Quintin Gray, DVM

Dr. Quintin Gray developed a love for working with animals at the young age of nine growing up on the island of Nassau, Bahamas. He has a passion for all creatures great and small and has worked in various places in the world such as the United States, Canada, Bahamas, South Africa and St. Kitts and Nevis. He has worked with small animals, exotics, and large animals but his main passion is teaching. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Augustine College in Raleigh North Carolina. Dr.Gray also earned his DVM degree in 2016 from the University of the West Indies located in Trinidad and Tobago. After earning his DVM degree he completed a one-year rotating internship in large animal medicine and surgery at Tuskegee University.

After his internship, he taught as a clinical instructor in large animal/food animal medicine at Tuskegee. He has worked for various clinics in the Bahamas and Canada where he dealt with small animals and exotics. He also taught at Ross University in St Kitts and Nevis as a locum veterinarian in large animal/medicine and surgery. His hobbies include reading, working out, fishing, and traveling. Dr. Gray Currently owns one cat by the name of Ochun. He lives by one of his favorite quotes by Alexandre Dumas which says “Life is a storm. You will bask in the sunlight one moment he shattered on the rocks the next. What makes you man is what you do when that storm comes. You must look into the storm and shout “do your worst for I will do mine”.
