On Saturday, February 11, 2012, the Vegas Pet Expo will be INSIDE at Cashman Center. The hours of the expo are between 10am and 6pm...and the admission is FREE. Meet Shorty Rossi from Animal Planet's "Pit Boss".
All pets attending must have a waiver form filled out and you have to certify that your pet is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is not of an aggressive nature, is not in heat, and to the best of your knowledge is free from any contagious disease. You still have a couple of days to bring your pet to ARAH to get up-to-date on shots and the always free-with-every-vaccine examination by one of the qualified and capable vets. There will also be booths to offer low cost vaccines and microchipping at the Expo.
At 5:00 pm there is a Pet Costume Contest - all pets must wear their costumes during the contest time in order to be eligible. Wouldn't it be cool if all the winners were patients of Ann Road Animal Hospital?
For all of you who are wanting to adopt a rescue there will be over 20 rescue groups at the Expo; however, some may not have pets available when you visit their booth...but you know they will have more to adopt, so stop by the rescue booths and find yourself a great pet to share your heart and home.
